Nick joined Personify in 2002. He is currently a Partner in the firm and oversees global delivery and client partnerships. Prior to joining Personify, Nick had several sales and business development roles with various healthcare and pharmaceutical providers.
Nick began his Personify career recruiting sales and marketing professionals and eventually broadened his expertise to include clinical operations, medical affairs, and drug safety. Besides becoming one of Personify’s most skilled and resourceful recruiters, one of Nick’s early accomplishments was establishing the firm’s first Pharmaceutical recruitment practice.
Over time, Nick grew with the company, and in 2009, he played an essential role in launching Personify’s RPO offering, managing our first enterprise-wide RPO relationship. In 2011, Personify’s RPO business expanded into Europe, and Nick became responsible for international RPO partnerships and global operations.
Born in the Pocono Mountain region of Northeastern PA, Nick graduated from Lafayette College with a BS in Biology. While at Lafayette, Nick played tight end on the football team for four years.
