Before joining Personify in February of 2014, Manny spent 20 years leading recruitment in agency and corporate roles.

Manny began his recruiting career at some of the top IT companies in the U.S. where he developed a passion for recruiting operations, training, management, and recruiter development. Eventually, these passions led to him becoming the Global Head of Recruiting for a large Software and Professional Services organization.

At Personify, Manny is responsible for leading all U.S. recruiting efforts, emphasizing Recruiter training & development, standard work, and recruiter analytics. Focusing on these areas ensures Personify clients receive the best recruitment experience in the market, improving KPIs such as time-to-source, candidate quality, voice-of-customer, and cost-per-hire. 

Manny grew up in Buffalo, NY, where he developed a passion for Tim Horton’s donuts and ice hockey. He graduated from the State University of New York, College at Geneseo, with a BS in Psychology. In college, Manny was a four-year varsity letterman on the ice hockey team. Before jumping into recruiting, Manny spent two years playing minor-league ice hockey for the Lakeland Warriors. Today Manny lives in Raleigh, NC, with his wife.
