Elaine Carfley

Head of Operations and Business Intelligence

Elaine is a founding member of Personify’s RPO business and joined the firm full-time in January of 2011, after spending 12 years as a traveling management consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ and IBM’s data warehouse practices.

Elaine led complex financial re-engineering transformations, system integration projects, and data warehouse implementations for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Duke Energy, Atlanta Gas Light, and Baltimore Gas & Electric during her management consulting career.

At Personify, Elaine leverages her experience to deliver a proprietary recruitment analytics platform powered by Oracle. The platform allows data analysis for insights into the recruitment funnel that eliminate waste, increase efficiencies, and reduce recruitment costs. As Head of Operations, Elaine develops strategy roadmaps across the value chain and manages her teams toward continuous improvements.

Elaine graduated from the University of Virginia with a BS degree in Commerce and a double major in Management Information Systems and Finance. She later earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with concentrations in Strategy & Leadership.
