Donna Horowitz

Head of R&D and Quality

After 10 years as a Personify customer, Donna Horowitz, Ph.D., joined Personify as Head of Quality and Innovation in September 2018.

Donna’s experience as a Human Resources leader spans a spectrum of companies from start-up to Fortune 100 and from public to private, including Motorola, Underwriters Laboratories, IBM, Elkay Manufacturing, Leica Microsystems (a Danaher subsidiary), and Wall Family Enterprise.

At Personify, Donna leverages her experience with Six Sigma™ and lean management to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. Her extensive HR background enables Personify to provide expert consultation and services beyond recruiting like candidate selection and assessment, change management, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Donna served as Director and Executive Committee member of YJ Global, an organization committed to youth education and leadership. She has been active in the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), serving as leader of the Global HR Interest Group. Donna also co-founded the HR Interest Group of JUF in Chicago.

Donna earned her Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from DePaul University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her B.A. at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Donna lives in Chicago with her husband and three children.
