After 20+ years with some of the nation’s top advertising agencies, Chris joined Personify as Head of Marketing in May of 2019.
During his advertising career, Chris developed strategic communication plans for some of America’s most recognized brands, including Samsung, Sony, Audi, Kia, Nationwide Insurance, and CarMax.
Chris began his ad agency career in media, developing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and sales. He became skilled at analyzing data, uncovering insights about people, brands, and media, and eventually became a Communications Strategist. During his last six years in advertising, Chris led the quantitative side of his agency’s strategic offering, creating effective message plans through data-driven insights.
Today, Chris leverages his experience in strategic communications and media to develop more effective recruitment marketing strategies. The recruitment plans developed by his team drive more inbound qualified candidate leads that convert to hires more efficiently. When that happens, recruitment KPIs improve.
Chris grew up outside Chicago and graduated from the University of Dayton with a B.A. in Communications. In 2016, he earned an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill. Chris lives with his wife and two children in Chapel Hill, NC.
