As a manager at Personify you are expected to understand the organizational structure of Personify and meet with your team (monthly) to discuss overall performance. You will be expected to drive a cohesive team through effective communication, coaching, leadership and professional development. As a team leader you will be expected to effectively delegate and drive results through others in this role.

This role is based in our headquarters in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate both the Personify and Employee Value Propositions, as well as client information (revenues, employee size, competitors, recruiting landscape etc.), KPI’s, and Service Level Agreements, to the recruiting teams internally.
  • Meet weekly with Talent Advisor(s) and Recruiting team to develop recruiting strategies and action plans to measure improvement.
  • Lead a monthly meeting to review business objectives (Personify), Peakon Score, Management Updates and any updates / changes from the client.
  • Identify gaps in individual and team performance and provide ongoing training and mentorship to improve performance on both an individual and team level.
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships with key hiring managers (stakeholders) and delivery team to build trust that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Ensure a cohesive team environment. Manages, trains, and develops team in the key areas of the recruiting function ensuring team growth and retention.
  • Plan, direct, and organize team on daily priorities and expectations to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Ensure the team provides a best-in-class experience for both candidates and customers.
  • Optimize sourcing tools and methods to include Linkedin, Upwork, and Personify’s TRM Platform to ensure client receives “comprehensive” sourcing on every requisition.
  • Perform random, routine quality checks with key stakeholders to “pulse” voice of customer and be proactive in troubleshooting.
  • Train recruiting teams to drive candidate interest, conduct effective interviews; be up on the latest in employment law and compliance; compensation; benefits and incentive in order to effectively sell to our clients to our customer.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement that is shared with management.
  • Execute frequent “check-ins” (quarterly) to understand the Personal, Professional and Financial goals of the team.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; webinars; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations in order to be competitive in state-of-the art practices.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years proven Recruiting in an agency or corporate environment and deep understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing tools and methods.
  • Solid written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to deliver impactful concise messages to management (Director and VP Levels) and clients/potential clients.
  • Effective organization and project management skills for meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving and decision making skills; good judgment.
  • Business acumen and market insight.
  • Demonstrated Team-First mentality.
  • Proven ability to adapt management style to different personalities within their team as well as the organization.
  • Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships and skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
