RPO Recruiter – UK

The Opportunity:

One of the fastest growing recruiting companies in the US is expanding globally and searching for an enthusiastic individual to jump head first into a full life-cycle recruiting role within the UK. This position will support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) division, which has been recognized by HRO Today (Baker’s Dozen), Nelson Hall, and HR Tech as a top provider of RPO Services.   You will work directly with our European client base and help to drive their talent acquisition and hiring goals. Our “product” as a recruiting firm is human capital, so you will undoubtedly need to love working with and around people.  You will also be spending quite a bit of time on the phone (so hopefully you enjoy it!). This will primarily be a remote position, but you won’t be alone—our teams are extremely collaborative and we enjoy a very dynamic culture.

Your Day to Day:

  • Full life-cycle recruiting to include identifying and sourcing both active and passive talent through social/professional media sites, existing internal databases, and networking
  • “Placing” qualified and interested individuals in job openings at our client companies
  • Adhering to a well-defined process from initial position opening all the way to offer stage, and in some cases, to onboarding and beyond
  • Preparing for and participating in regular status update and strategy meetings with clients (primarily Human Resources and Hiring Managers)
  • Pre-screening and qualifying candidates for client job requirements
  • “Selling” the job opportunity and the company it’s with in order to gain interest or referrals from prospective candidates
  • Serving as primary liaison between candidates that are interviewing and contacts at our clients

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Previous recruiting/resourcing experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Creative thinking and ability to improvise when needed
  • Polished, professional telephone presence
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Fluent German language skills are required
  • NOTE: 3-5 years of Recruiting expertise is HIGHLY ATTRACTIVE. A Bachelor’s Degree is as well, but certainly not required.
