The Opportunity:
One of the fastest growing recruiting companies in the US is expanding and searching for an enthusiastic individual to jump head first into a full life-cycle recruiting role with one of our global clients. This position will support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) division, which has been recognized by HRO Today (Baker’s Dozen), Nelson Hall, and HR Tech as a top provider of RPO Services. You will work directly with our client base and help to drive their talent acquisition and hiring goals. Our “product” as a recruiting firm is human capital, so you will undoubtedly need to love working with and around people. You will also be spending quite a bit of time on the phone (so hopefully you enjoy it!). This will primarily be a remote position (with occasional travel to a local client site), but you won’t be alone—our teams are extremely collaborative and we enjoy a very dynamic culture.
