Program Manager

The Opportunity:

One of the fastest growing recruiting companies in the US is searching for an experienced individual to jump head first into a Program Manager role.  This position will support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) division and will be responsible for successful implementation of a new client program as well as overall client satisfaction.

We are currently looking to hire a Program Manager within Personify to take a new account and team through implementation and into excellence in service delivery.  This role will be based at Personify HQ in Raleigh, NC.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Assist in the achievement of operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining process improvements; implementing change.
  • Drive revenue within clients through exceptional delivery and awareness of growth areas
  • Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)  established by client including, but not limited to: Time to Source, Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Submittal Quality, and Client Survey Feedback Scores.
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders on a monthly basis to discuss performance and navigate challenges and visits each customer in-person on a quarterly basis.
  • Communicate the results of all customer meetings with the appropriate internal employees.
  • Utilizes established metrics to hold team accountable to KPI‘s, quality of work, customer service and communication.
  • Ensure the team provides a best-in-class experience for both candidates and customers.
  • Assist in the creation of a high performance culture and facilitates ongoing development of the team so that they possess sufficient knowledge to provide optimum client work product.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; webinars; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations in order to be competitive in state-of-the art practices.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 5 years of job-related experience in Recruiting, Recruiting Management and Customer Management 
  • Solid written and verbal communication/presentation skills; ability to deliver impactful concise messages to management and clients/potential clients
  • Ability to communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Effective organization and project management skills for meeting deadlines
  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Bachelor’s Degree
