Nurse Recruiter

The Opportunity:

The #1 Recruiting Company in the Triangle for the past 8 years running (as featured by the Triangle Business Journal) is searching for an enthusiastic individual to jump head first into a full life-cycle Senior Recruiter role. This position will support our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) division and primarily focus on recruiting nurses in the healthcare space. You will be an essential part of the recruiting function that engages and qualifies passive candidates for positions within our customer organizations.   You won’t be alone, though. Your Day-To-Day:

  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies that meet client requirements and or future needs.
  • Understand and effectively position client UVP (unique value proposition) and EVP (employee value proposition) with prospective candidates in the nursing field.
  • Execute high touch candidate outreach campaigns via Linkedin, Bullhorn / Herefish,
  • Subject matter expert to the client (healthcare industry) and the cross-functional recruiting areas you serve
  • Work closely with Personify Talent Advisor (s) to accurately scope and prioritize each search assignment
  • Effectively pre-screen passive candidate pools by conducting thorough interviews
  • Successfully communicate, “shortlisted” candidate experience, compensation requirements and motivation for change to the client / recruiting team.
  • Route candidates who meet the qualifications and express interest to the client owned Applicant Tracking System for consideration
  • Manage salary expectations and pre-close candidate on compensation, benefits, and relocation
  • Develop strong professional candidate relationships via consistent follow up regarding candidate status, interview preparation and debrief post interview
  • Work closely with Client Services, Recruiting Team, and Talent Advisor to ensure interview scheduling, candidate disposition and recruiting related correspondence is done on time
  • Highlight market conditions, competitive landscape and reasons for candidate non-interest to Talent Advisor promptly
  • Participate in team/special projects as assigned.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum of 2 year(s) proven work experience as a Nurse Recruiter in an agency, corporate or RPO environment or deep understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing tools and methods
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Sales Acumen
  • Familiarity with sourcing, knowledge of market dynamics and sound business judgment
  • Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability/willingness to spend significant time on the telephone
  • BS/BA Degree is preferred
