The Baker’s Dozen features the top recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) providers from hundreds of companies across the country. Regarded as the most distinguished and encompassing customer satisfaction survey in the RPO industry, the rankings are based on scores that access three categories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality of service.
This year’s RPO Baker’s Dozen will be announced in the fall of 2018.
We sat down with our leadership team to discuss what awards and recognition mean at Personify and how we use them as motivation to continue to exceed expectations. Here’s what the team said.
1) What does being named as one of HRO’s Baker’s Dozen mean to Personify?
“This award is validation of what I have felt for the last several years as our RPO offering has grown, and our team along with it. We have an incredibly talented and committed team — committed to each other and our clients, and that ultimately drives our success. That is what makes us different and successful.” – Nick Pokoluk, Head of RPO Service Delivery

2) How was Personify selected as a HRO Baker’s Dozen recipient?
“HRO Today determines award recipients by analyzing customer satisfaction surveys that access RPO providers in three areas: service breadth, deal size, and quality. Personify’s customizable, on-demand solutions excel in all three of these categories by providing the scalability and agility needed to meet business demands, while improving recruiting metrics and reducing costs.” – Matt Ward, Sr. Manager RPO Sales
3) What steps were taken to earn a prestigious award like HRO’s Baker’s Dozen?
“Personify firmly believes that no two customers are the same. We continuously analyze each customer to ensure that our program is tailored to their needs and provides exceptional candidate and customer service. After all, what a customer needs today is almost never the same as what they need one year from now. We also understand that talent acquisition is ever-changing, and we continue to evolve our offerings and delivery model to ensure that our customers have access to cutting-edge process and technology.” – Manny Hawkins, Head of Recruitment Operations
4) How do achievements like this tie into Personify’s mission as a company?
“As an organization, we strive to be the vendor and employer of choice, and achievements like this are excellent examples that our philosophy and methodology are working. By establishing true consultative partnerships, rather than simply transactional supplier-buyer relationships, we are able to provide our clients with more proactive, business-aligned strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.” – Ryan Carfley, CEO and Managing Partner
