These awards have been an important part of building the company culture at Personify. It gives employees a chance to recognize one another for their hard work. It also gives nominated employees the opportunity to be recognized for doing an outstanding job in reflecting one of our seven Core Values.
Jody Lathwell – Humility
“Jody doesn’t seek the spotlight and is always willing to jump in and help out — he even handles tasks that are outside of his normal job function to ensure the client is happy.”
Jeff Cannity – Ownership
“Jeff stepped up this quarter as a leader and project manager while other team members were out of the country. He worked to finalize requirements, host meetings, resolve bugs/issues, and managed the Oracle developers with little or no guidance to drive the project toward completion.”
Elaine Carfley – Win
“Elaine deserves to be awarded the core value “Win” because she has juggled many moving pieces to implement a process that will drastically improve the day to day lives of the Personify team. She also balances school while implementing the Oracle process and oversees change management issues, while recognizing others rather than seeking the spotlight for herself.”

“Danielle is consistently tasked with handling a lot of complex information and completing multiple tasks but never fails to help provide her team with the tools they need to succeed.”
Taylor Rochelle – Positivity
“Viewing challenges as opportunities definitely makes Taylor deserving of our “Positivity” core value award. She has one of the strongest work ethics and always has a go get ‘em attitude. Taylor even works onsite two days each week at a client’s facility while maintaining her full workload and never complains about it.”
