“Matt was tasked with picking up work of others when his teammate took on an assignment in NY. He submitted multiple people for critical roles that had been a struggle. He was able to fill two of the roles with patience and hard work. One of the candidates almost backed out at the last minute; however, he was able to handle the situation and close the requisition out. His ability to take on work of others and successfully complete that work is something to be celebrated.”
