As manager of our intern program, he acts as the Personify ambassador to build strong partnerships with local universities and his dedication to driving this initiative has played a tremendous role in the success of many of our projects.”
“I believe Southie 100% deserves the #Ownership award. During Q3, she was a beast at her job. She ‘owned’ the tasks that she needed to accomplish. From July 9 to September 24, she successfully interviewed, onboarded, and hired 17 new employees, four of those at off-site locations. There is a lot that goes into this, especially when it comes to coordinating the interview process with other Personify employees.
One of the major obstacles she encountered was Personify employees canceling interviews last minute, and she was able to navigate this seamlessly. She did not make excuses she simply got it done. Another obstacle she overcame was coordinating interviews for remote employees through time differences and scheduling them to come onsite to meet our team. In addition to hiring the 17 new team members, she was able to set up the NEO Committee’s new training with scheduling blocks for Personify employees to train new people. She also assisted in the interview process of eight new interns, as well as attended a career fair.”
“I’m nominating Patrick for the #Win Core Value award. He got promoted and rang up two deals within a month and looks to be continuing that ‘winning’ trend. He has been put into a position to take over a very successful desk as a new Account Executive and has really taken the challenge well. His tenacity and humility to WIN (and WIN the right way) have been really fun to watch, and he will be reaping the rewards of his hard work very soon!”
“I would like to nominate Stewart for the #Integrity award. I’m now halfway through my second week here and have had a lot to catch onto. With Stewart being one of my “go-tos” for answers to questions and how things work here, he has not only been someone I can rely on, but he does it with integrity. One thing I have learned throughout my career is that professional integrity will take you a long way. Stewart has a standard of doing things which pushes the whole team to move forward, and I trust his judgment. For only knowing someone less than two weeks, it speaks volumes especially with building contract staffing from the ground up. He has provided me with the tools and research to make me a more effective recruiter.”
“McKenna has an incredibly positive attitude that is also incredibly genuine, and I couldn’t think of someone who is more deserving of the #Positivity Core Value award. Even when dealing with difficult matters, she manages to stay upbeat and not let those circumstances get her down. She puts forth an effort to get to know everyone at work and outside of work. She also always offers to help when it is needed — whether it is cleaning up the kitchen, helping decorate for Halloween, or coming up with an idea for her rookie skit — she is always actively helping. Her great attitude is infectious, and you can see the ways she helps raise others’ spirits.”
“I’m nominating Tripp for the #Family Core Value award. During this quarter, I purchased a brand new bike and had it stolen from my home all within one month. Upon Tripp’s knowledge of this event, he organized an incognito fundraiser between a group of Personify employees. This award really should go to each of them as well because anyone who even put a second thought into my bike being stolen deserves endless gratitude. I could not have imagined that my coworkers would raise enough money to purchase me an entirely new bike. It was truly a shock to my system and a reminder of the generous, good-hearted people that I work beside every day. This was the most tremendous showing of love I have ever received, and I could not be more thankful to Tripp and those that contributed.”
“I think we all know how great Rose is. I want to share a story though as I think it captures the ‘extra’ she does to support our company, making her an excellent candidate for the #Yardage Core Value award. In order to ensure a group of candidates started on time, she worked late into the night, facilitating communication between the candidates, the client, and the background vendor, while on vacation with her family. Again, we all know she is amazing, but I think she really is the standard for yardage.”
